Interest capitalization is when the interest earned on Coinhold is not withdrawn, but stays on it. The interest then accrues on a larger amount, so the income grows. The longer the assets stay in Coinhold, the higher the income due to capitalization.

For example, you opened a Coinhold with a yield of 12% per annum and funded it with 1000 USDT. In the first month you earned 10 USDT in interest and left it on your wallet. In the second month you will earn 1010 USDT in interest, so you will earn 10.10 USDT. After a year, you will earn about 124.62 USDT through monthly capitalization

If you withdraw part of your assets, interest will continue to accrue on the remaining amount in your wallet.
