- Texas: Customers from Texas may submit fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat orders, but stablecoin transactions (e.g. Tether) are not allowed.
Canada
- Sale of stablecoins is not permitted by the Canadian CSA.
- EMCD does not accept orders that involve stablecoins (e.g. Tether) from customers in Canada.
- Quebec: Purchase of any virtual assets (including stablecoins) is not permitted for residents or entities incorporated in Quebec.
